The starting price for a 3 BHK unit is about ₹2.40 Crores, while the 4 BHK units are priced up to ₹2.85 Crores.
Inside the apartments, the structure is made of an RCC frame, with 200 mm masonry for external walls and 100 mm for internal walls. The homes are finished with high-quality features: vitrified tiles throughout living areas, laminated flooring for master bedrooms, teak wood main doors, aluminium-framed windows, and granite door jambs.
